Who we are
Ninja Kaizen Community PvP is a fan-run community organizing 1v1 tournaments for the Ninja Kaizen game. We are not the official game developers: we are players coordinating seasons, maintaining a public ranking and handing out real prizes to the best players. This policy explains what data we handle and how.
What data we collect
- Player identity: charId, charName, level and avatarUrl shared by a player to enroll in a season.
- Match results: score, date, opponent and season.
- Ranking position: derived from your matches each season.
- Optional email: only if you opt in to our newsletter.
- Minimal technical data: selected language and cookie banner choice (see Cookies below).
How we use your data
- Display the public ranking and per-player / per-match detail pages.
- Automatically assign prizes based on final season position.
- Generate OG (social preview) images using your charName, charId and avatar.
- Send optional emails only if you explicitly subscribed to the newsletter.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: one to remember your language (nk_locale), one to remember that you accepted this banner (consent), and the admin session cookie for admins. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Details at /cookies.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. OG images are served publicly because by design they are meant to be embedded in social media. We use Cloudflare as our CDN and infrastructure provider, which means HTTP traffic passes through their servers under their own terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your profile by messaging us on our official Discord. We process requests as fast as we can — being a volunteer-run community, response time can be a few days.
